Permanent blocking ensures your account cannot be reopened or recovered, providing a more definitive solution compared to temporary blocking. This distinction aligns with Parimatch's responsible gaming policies, offering more flexible options for account management.
To block your Parimatch account, please email your request to [email protected], providing the following details:
Your first and last name.
Your betting account number.
Clear photos of the front and back sides of your Aadhaar or PAN card, along with a selfie holding your card, ensuring your face and all card details are visible. You can also include a photo of your Aadhaar card on a piece of paper with "For Parimatch" and the current date written on it for added clarity.

Email must be sent from the email address which you entered when you registered the gaming account. After you have submitted the aforementioned details, one of our support team members will contact you via the same email once the process is completed.
IMPORTANT: The client can block the account once every 90 days and the balance on the gaming account has to be zeroed.
