How to Block Your Parimatch Account?

General procedure for blocking your Parimatch account..

While we are sad to hear that you may have decided to block your account, it is also understandable that certain circumstances may lead to this decision (such as financial restrictions). In such cases we provide an option for clients to temporarily block their Parimatch account.

Permanent blocking ensures your account cannot be reopened or recovered, providing a more definitive solution compared to temporary blocking. This distinction aligns with Parimatch's responsible gaming policies, offering more flexible options for account management.

To block your Parimatch account, please email your request to [email protected], providing the following details:

  1. Your first and last name.

  2. Your betting account number.

  3. Clear photos of the front and back sides of your Aadhaar or PAN card, along with a selfie holding your card, ensuring your face and all card details are visible. You can also include a photo of your Aadhaar card on a piece of paper with "For Parimatch" and the current date written on it for added clarity.

  4. Reason why would you like to block your account per request.5. Add the statement: "I wish to permanently block my account" to confirm your request explicitly.

Email must be sent from the email address which you entered when you registered the gaming account. After you have submitted the aforementioned details, one of our support team members will contact you via the same email once the process is completed.

IMPORTANT: The client can block the account once every 90 days and the balance on the gaming account has to be zeroed.

For permanent blocking, once an account is closed, it cannot be reopened, and all VIP privileges, bonuses, or personalized offers are permanently lost.
