My withdrawal request is taking too long. What should I do?

If your withdrawal request has been pending for an unusually long time, hereโ€™s what you can do:

  1. Wait for Some Time

    • Sometimes, due to high transaction volumes, withdrawal requests take longer to process.

    • Your request may still be in the queue, so wait for a reasonable amount of time.

  2. Check the Status of Your Withdrawal

    • Log in to your account and check the status of your request.

    • If it still shows as "Pending" for an extended period, there may be a delay in processing.

  3. Cancel and Retry the Withdrawal

    • If your withdrawal is stuck, cancel the request and wait for the money to be credited back to your betting account.

    • Once the amount is available in your balance again, you can submit a new withdrawal request.
